Instructions for installing a Replacement Bench Spring Clamp

Required materials/tools

• Screwdriver
• 2 Screws per replacement clamp
• Replacement bench spring clamp

Steps for mounting:

Step 1: Preparation

• Place the bench with the seat on a dining tableamechair, so that it is completely horisun language.
• Make sure that the sofa is completely stable and sturdy.

Step 2: Remove the old clamp (if applicable)

• If an old clamp is already present, carefully remove it using the appropriate tools.
• Check that there is no residue or damage left on the bench spring.

Step 3: Install the new clamp

• Place the new bench spring clamp against the beam with the curve facing the location where your old clamp was.
• Use the hole directly below for the first screw, as shown in the photo online.
• Do not tighten the screw completely yet, leave it slightly loose.

Step 4: Attach the spring

Make sure the bank is fully horizontaal stands for best results. You can apply more force by placing the front spring first and then pulling the spring back while leaning against the bench.

• Place the spring in the clamp.
• Tighten the screw fully to hold the spring firmly in place.

Step 5: Place the pin

• Place the pin so that the spring is secured.
• The pin protrudes slightly and will be pressed in place by the second screw you place.

Step 6: Attach the second screw

• Install the second screw to hold the pin and spring firmly in place.
• Fully tighten the second screw.

Step 7: Test the clamp

• Test the clamp by gently pressing or leaning on the bench to ensure it is securely and securely mounted.
