Kvadrat - TelaMia - 731

TelaMia is a modeA melange upholstery fabric by Giulio Ridolfo, made from 100% recycled polyester. Its name, which means "my canvas" in Italian, reflects the infinite possibilities it offers for designing sophisticated interior landscapes – like a blank canvas for furniture.

To create the melange effect, TelaMia is woven with a plain weave, using a white yarn in the weft and a dope-dyed black-and-white melange yarn in the warp. After weaving, the textile is dyed in 18 colors. The lighter the yarn color, the stronger the melange effect.

TelaMia is bringing back Giulio Ridolfo's celebrated colors in our recycled polyester upholstery collection. The contemporary palette consists of three color groups: energetic shades, lighter neutrals, and a variety of darker shades. Each shade is inspired by photographs from the extensive Color Masters collection.
