Kvadrat - Steelcut 3 - 445

Steelcut 3 was designed by Frans Dijkmeijer.

Born in 1936 on Dutch bodem studied French at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. In 1992 he joined Kvadrat got to work and then designed the predecessor of Steelcut 3, namecorpse Steelcut 2. This has now been renewed in a collection with moderne colors.

This collection is characterized by wear resistance and an innovative weave. By the weaving Pattern small pyramids rise to the surface, giving the substance a threedimensional effect. Because of the precision and uniformity Steelcut 3 yet a simple, calm appearance.

The colors were designed by Giulio Ridolfo.
