Gudbrandsdalens - Sirdal - 480 Chestnut

Sirdal is a furniture fabric from GU - Gudbrandsdalens Uldvarefabrik.

This collection of upholstery fabrics was designed in 2014. Inspiration for this line comes from the nature of Norway, traditional fences called Skigard, and the craft of knitting. This gives the fabric a sense of authenticity, but still contains the moderne and qualitative comfort. 


Uldvarefabrik is the Norwegian word for wollen factory. For Sirdal this is extra accurate because this beautiful collection is woven entirely from new wool. The beauty of this new wool is that it also comes from Norway. Sirdal is therefore a local product of Norwegian bodem. This gives Sirdal good wear-resistant, fire-retardantagenthe and light resistant properties. 

Sirdal is woven in 15 colours that can be described as sparkling and modern.
